1 out of 5 starsThere is something very in question about this seller &he his authenticity. I bought this wristlet on July 9, 2012, & on July 24, 2012 he still had not sent it & said the soonest he would ship was on July 29, 2012 (20 days after he received payment). This item he openly admits has not been brought to the post office, but he then blames the time it has taken on the postal service??? Admitting he has not shipped it, & telling me he is putting the item back up for sale, he still refuses to refund my money $12. I have had to escalate this to a paypal dispute & he told me I would have to. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I did not & read them after the fact. The very late shipping is commented on is multiple reviews & the quality of his products being similar to what you would find in a dollar store... save yourself a paypal claim & don't buy from this seller

3 out of 5 starsI'm rather disappointed in the communication I received. I ordered this item an entire month before Christmas to ensure I would get it to my niece on time; however, it wasn't shipped until two weeks before Christmas, and only because I contacted the seller because I hadn't yet received it. Their response was very brief and not at all courteous, which does disappoint me considering all of the stress that the pouch not arriving caused. The item itself is very cute and will make a lovely gift next time, but I'm afraid I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
